after the longest traveling day of her life, she finally made it to the city con la comadre. 22 weeks pregnant, much air turbulence, redirected, refueled, delayed, lost luggage, non cooperative bus driver....almost done....hour train ride on the LIRR, cab catching, hotel check in..."what? one queen size bed?"
after all this she phones to inform she's good and they're on the way to meet CGs sister and the mayor at champs in times square. T then asks if there's anything she can pick up for me, maybe an early birthday gift to bring back home. wow! she's a trooper!
